Acquired by Standard Communities in 2018, Walsh Park Apartments is a 134-unit senior property located in Chicago. At closing, Standard completed a LIHTC execution with Illinois Housing (IHDA). The apartment community was renovated in 2019 which upgraded unit interiors and enhanced the common and amenity spaces at the site.
