Built in 2020, the five-story mixed-use community sits on 1.06 acres and features 13,520 square feet of ground-floor retail space. Building amenities include smart keyless entry, stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, in-unit washer/dryer, patio/balcony, fitness center, pool, spa, courtyard with games, and BBQ lounge.
