Originally built in 1826, and located on a unique riverfront building, Mills Falls Apartments is situated along the Spicket River and adjacent to the Spicket River Greenway. The six-story adaptive reuse property occupies the former Methuen Cotton Mills and consists of 97-units, mixed-income apartments, with 40% affordable units and 60% market-rate units. As part of the acquisition, Standard enhanced the affordability of 30% of the units by securing additional vouchers through the Methuen Housing Authority.
