Acquired in 2015, Beverly Park Senior Apartments consists of 49 affordable housing units in Los Angeles, CA. Following a comprehensive $3 million renovation completed in 2017, the community now features modern unit interiors and extensive community amenities. Beverly Park is covered by a project-based Section 8 contract. Acquired from a not-for-profit owner using Tax Exempt Bonds and LIHTCs, Standard Communities preserved 100% of the property as affordable housing. In partnership with Housing on Merit, Standard Communities provides residents access to extensive community programming focused on ensuring convenient access to healthcare, transportation, and the culture of the surrounding Los Angeles community.
