Standard Communities Certified As A “Great Place to Work”
Los Angeles, CA—February 7, 2022 – Standard Communities, a leading national affordable housing investor and developer, has been recognized as a 2022 “Great Place to Work” based entirely on feedback from its employees. Ninety-five percent of Standard’s employees said the company is a great place to work. At other national companies, only fifty-nine percent of employees on average describe their company as a great place to work.
The certification is awarded to Standard by Great Place to Work, a global authority on workplace culture, employee experience and leadership behaviors. It is the only official recognition determined by employees’ real-time reports of their company culture.
