Standard Communities, received the Excellence Award for Best Multifamily Remodel from the Frederick County Building Industry Association (FCBIA).
“We are excited to preserve Canebreak Apartments as affordable housing in a neighborhood that urgently needs it; it presents us with an opportunity to not only preserve affordable housing in the greater Charleston region, but also to upgrade and modernize the property in the process, which will be a huge benefit to the residents.
