In partnership with Housing on Merit, Standard Communities acquired and renovated Parkside Villa Apartments and Rockwell Manor Apartments, both located in Fairfield, California. This 128-unit affordable property featured a large-scale $7 million tenant-in-place renovation in 2018, which ensured high-quality affordable housing to families in Fairfield for generations to come. In addition to overhauling unit interiors and improving energy efficiency, the renovation modernized building systems, Standard updated facades, and both expanded and improved common areas and amenity spaces for resident use.
